This is a regular item in our house. They are so easy to make and are gone within hours of me making a batch.
I usually have all the ingredients in the house and they taste darn good too.
if you use natural peanut butter, you may have to add a few tablespoons of flour to absorb the extra oil
Flour less Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients (Approx 18-24 cookies)
- 1 egg
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp.vanilla
Heat oven to 350°F.
Beat egg in large bowl with mixer until foamy. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place, 2 inches apart, on baking sheets. Flatten, in crisscross pattern, with tines of fork.
Bake 10 min. or until lightly browned. Cool on baking sheets 1 min.
Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
