This is a simple recipe that I've had tucked away for lots and lots of years. I believe it originates from the Pampered Chef company, but, can't be certain. Like I said, lots of years.
It's a delicious spread with just 3 ingredients and is a great for bagels, toast or biscuits. It's also super easy to make it low fat just by changing your cream cheese.
Add it to your breakfast menu, pronto!
Honey Cinnamon Spread
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened (regular/low fat or fat free)
- 2 TBSP honey
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- Mix ingredients well and use on toast, bagels, biscuits, etc. Keep leftovers in fridge in covered container.
