I don't really like to call this coffee cake. I don't drink coffee. I do like tea though. But, calling this Peanut Butter Tea Cake may confuse people. This is the first time that this coffee cake has been made in our house. It comes from my Better Homes & Garden cookbook...circa 1996, maybe? It was a very good cake, but, I would do two things different next time: make it in a bundt pan and add something else too it. Maybe chocolate chips? Walnuts? It needed something. Any ideas?

This looks delicious. I love peanut butter sheet cake, but it's very dense. This looks like its more fluffy and still got that peanut butter taste I love!
