This is a pretty simple recipe, but, it's perfect for a weeknight dinner after a long day.
3 cups uncooked elbow noodles
4-1/2 cups milk
3/8 cup all purpose flour
2 tsp minced onion
2 tsp garlic powder
salt/pepper- to taste preference
1-1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Spray your crock pot with non stick cooking spray. In saucepan, combine, flour, onion,garlic powder and salt/pepper. Add milk and whisk until there are no lumps remaining. Heat and stir until mixture thickens. Add cheese and elbow noodles. Stir until well combined. Add all into the crock pot and cover.
Cook for 2-1/2 hours on low heat or 1 hour on high heat.
