If you are looking for a super duper easy side dish to go with just about anything...here it is!

I know that alot of people only eat stuffing around the holidays, but, we eat it pretty regularly.  It's a nice break from rice/noodles/potatoes routine.

This can be baked up in a casserole dish or you can stuff your turkey {or chicken} with it.

  1. I grew up eating something almost identical and love it. It's so easy and like you said, a great alternative to the usual potato, rice or pasta.

  2. This is also how I make my stuffing, more or less. We love it too much so it only gets made around holidays. :)
