I wanted to bake something. I wanted to eat something sweet.
I had a giant bag of chocolate chips and was pondering what to make with them. I did not want to go to the store for additional ingredients either. I got so lucky. This recipe fell into my lap! Well, figuratively. My computer lap. My Internet lap?
Anyway, after a short time of searching: Tada...Brittle! Mmph..brittle?
I wasn't familiar, but, it sounded interesting and yummy. These are crunchy, chocolaty peanut awesome-ness. They are also can be made in a cinch, because, they don't take long to bake and the ingredients are usually stocked in your pantry.
