Do you remember when I told you when the kids started school that I started eating healthier? Yeah..that didn't really last long. I made these and that whole concept kinda just fell off to the wayside. Every time, I ate one of these, a little voice said " oh..just wait until January..then, start cutting off the sweets ".
I mean, with Thanksgiving, then, Christmas, then, New Years..seriously, why even put myself through the stress of it, right? Just enjoy myself! I will probably be regretting that decision in January when it time to buckle down, but, for now, there are these brownies.
Ah..peppermint and chocolate. These are a dream. If you don't want peppermint overload, omit the frosting, they are just has heavenly without it.
