{Skinny} Ranch Dip

January 16, 2013

Do you usually make New Year's resolutions?  Did you this year? I sorta did. Eliminating desserts and sweets seemed too much of a long-shot.  So, I am trying to eat more veggies (which is very tough, since, I hate them) and watch my portions.  It seems to be working pretty well...but, it's not even February and let's face it..change is tough.

This dip helps out a little bit.  It's only a total of 600 calories! That's for the whole kit n caboodle. Not too bad. So, if you divide that up into 1/4 servings that is only 75 calories

With a side of pretzels or veggies...it's a low fat snack that is won't make you feel guilty and help you keep your New Years resolution.

{Mine is made with low fat items, make them fat free and your calories lower some more!}

  1. I just bookmarked this recipe for the superbowl! My husband could eat ranch dip by the ton, so I am glad to find a skinnier version!
    Thank you so much for sharing this at Wednesday Extravaganza - hope to see you there again next week - and don't forget the voting is today!

  2. Yup, getting those pounds off is a sad business. :) I actually love my veggies and eat plenty of them. If I could just lay off the desserts I'd be model thin in no time. Don't hold your breath or anything. :)
