Peanut Butter,Jelly and Banana Breakfast Shake

Every once in a while..it has gotten so busy in the morning, I have forgot to eat breakfast. Just forgot. It's that nuts around here on some days.  You know how it is, right?   So, a smoothie or a breakfast shake is a great way to go.

Here is a so very quick and filling breakfast shake to help you out on your busiest of mornings...for you or it's great flavors are perfect for your kids too.

Peanut Butter Jelly and Banana Breakfast Shake

by Table for Seven
Ingredients (2- 2 1/2 cup servings)
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 TBSP peanut butter
  • 2 TBSP jam, jelly or preserves, your flavor choice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
Place all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.
