Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Snack Cake

This is a delicious cake that you will be able to whip up this weekend and be sooooo happy that you did. It's one of those desserts that you will have mixed feelings about when it's all gone.  You will be happy that you will no longer adding two inches to your waistline by snacking on this cake like popcorn, but, also, you will be sad, because, well, it's gone...and it's fabulous.  Just the smell of it baking is like heaven in your kitchen.
Make sure you bake it up this weekend or today or next week.  Just bake it..you know that all the ingredients are already in your pantry..what are you waiting for?

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Snack Cake
Adapted From: Buns in My Oven
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Baking Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • eggs, as called for on box
  • replace melted butter for oil as called for on box
  • replace milk for water as called for on box
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease/spray 13 x 9 in baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except chocolate chips.  Mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips
  4. Pour batter into prepared baking dish.  Bake according to box directions.
