{Skinny} Chocolate Cake Mix with Mint M&M's Cookies

June 26, 2013

First up...thank you everyone who has linked up to my first linky party Share Your Stuff Tuesdays
The party is still open and will be until next Monday..so don't forget to link up!
Let's talk cookies now. Did you know there is Sugar Free Cake Mix? I didn't. I prefer sugar in my cake. But, it caught my eye and I remembered the Cake Mix cookies that were so very simple and tasty. So, I figured, mmm..what about cookies that are low cal? and chocolate? and have candy (regular, not sugar free, I caved just a bit) in them? Yay! Sounded pretty darn good to me.  Not my sister. When I told her about these..she was a little miffed at me.  "Why do you do that?!" She is not a fan of anything low fat or sugar free or whole wheat.  I did explain to her that these are fan-tabulous and do not taste sugar free or low fat..she is skeptical or is just trying to get me to bake her cookies. She does that sometimes. Anyway, don't be skeptical. These are not only a delicious, chewy, chocolaty minty dream, they require just a few ingredients.   No guilt involved in these, so, go ahead..indulge a bit..or alot.
