Dorothy's site is filled with some great stuff. Just a few things that I bookmarked are Homemade Nutty Oatmeal Cereal, Nutella Fudge Brownies and Lemon Cheesecake Bagels with Meyer Lemon Curd. It was not easy deciding what to make. The Lemon Cheesecake Bagels was was a very close second to my number one choice: Sticky Lemon-Oregano Chicken.
Chicken recipes are always something that peaks my interest. As you guys know..we love it. Eat a ton of it. We surely did love this chicken. It was so incredibly easy to put together and tasted fabulous. Sweet with a bit of tang and yep..sticky. We paired it up with some white rice and it soaked up those lovely juices perfectly.
Sticky Lemon-Oregano Chicken

Ingredients (Serves: 4-6)
- 5-6 bone-in chicken thighs (approx 2-3 lbs)
- 3 TBSP lemon juice
- 2 TBSP honey
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 TBSP canola oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a 13 x 9 baking dish with foil. Place chicken in dish.
In a separate bowl, combine all remaining ingredients and whisk together. Pour over chicken.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until liquid runs clear, basting occasionally with pan juices
