Chocolate-Peanut Butter and Butter Cream Frosting Fudge

Just a quick post today.  A quick little post about some delicious, chocolaty, peanut buttery, fudgy, fudge with an ingredient that you may just have in your pantry right now.  So, that means..make some fudge, make some popcorn, find a good movie, and enjoy your weekend.

Chocolate-Peanut Butter and Butter Cream Frosting Fudge
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Refrigerator Time: 2 hours
Makes:  8-12 pieces, depending on size

  • 4 TBSP butter
  • 2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 12oz can of butter cream frosting (I used this one)
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  1. Line a 8in baking dish with foil, leaving extra over the edge. Spray foil lightly with non stick cooking spray.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter, chocolate chips and peanut butter over medium low heat.  Continue until smooth.
  3. Let chocolate mixture cool slightly.  
  4. In a mixing bowl, mix together cooled chocolate and frosting.  Mix until combined.
  5. Spread into prepared pan.  Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until set
