Nutella Fudge Brownies

It's my favorite post of the month..Secret Recipe Club Reveal Day!  My assigned blog this month is Enriching your Kid!  There are some really great recipes over at Shirley's blog, but, one popped right out at me instantly.   Of course..it's a dessert and of courser, it's chocolate.  Nutella to be exact.  These little brownies are delicious, quick and literally only take 4 ingredients.  3 if you want to avoid nuts.  Yes..4! They are a perfect, chocolaty, littler treat that will satisfy your sweet craving lickity split!
A small side note:  I followed the recipe to a exact instructions, but, instead of it resulting in 12 brownies as the original recipe stated,  mine resulted in only 6.  So, I doubled the recipe. The recipe below is the original recipe, just in case I made an error some place :)   If you give these a try..please let me know how many your batter makes....




Nutella Fudge Brownies
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Baking Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 12

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Nutella spread
  • 1 egg
  • 5 TBSP flour
  • 1/2 cup nuts of your choice ( my choice was walnuts)
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Spray 12 count muffin tin with non stick cooking spray or line with cupcake papers
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix Nutella and egg until smooth.
  3. Add in flour and mix until combined.
  4. Spoon into prepared muffin pan.
  5. Bake 10-12 minutes
