Curry Roasted Broccoli: Guest Post: Soni's Food

Well, here is another one for you that does not disappoint :)


Hi all! I'm so excited to be sharing one of my favorite recipes with you all today and thanks to Erin for giving me this opportunity!
My recipe is packed with tons of flavor.We love Broccoli and its one of those veggies that even my kids eat without any fuss.Broccoli as we all know,is packed with fiber,vitamin C and beta carotene.And I make this recipe quite often alongside our weeknight meal.This recipe uses Curry powder and a hint of cayenne just enough to add a slight kick.You can omit the cayenne if its too spicy for you though.


If you're still looking for some ideas for an easy Side Dish for the holidays, then this recipe will blow you away.Just wash the Broccoli and mix it with the spices, ground ginger,salt and bake it.
Its ready in no time and tastes absolutely delicious! Enjoy.




Curry Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients:
Broccoli florets-3 cups
Curry Powder-1 tsp
Ground Ginger-1/2 tsp
Salt- to taste
Oil-2 tbsp

Process:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
On an oiled baking sheet mix all the ingredients and drizzle some oil all over.Bake for about 13-14 minutes or until you see the broccoli starting to turn slightly golden round the edges.
