Warm Peanut Butter and Jelly Dip

January 30, 2014
Whew..the kids are back at school. Again.  Two days off this week. It's been tough getting back into a routine this month.  Between, winter break, my father in laws services, a stomach virus that won't leave our house and the polar vortex closing school (4 days total!) , it's been a crazy, willy nilly January.

On the other hand though, it's been nice to be  a relaxed with our routine.  We've gotten to sleep in more, sit in front the fire a bit more and I'm not going to even share with you how many days we stayed in our pajamas.  Either way..February can not come soon enough.  Especially if it bring temperatures that break the zero mark!  Brrrrr..

Even with all this willy nilly-ness, we did get to make some dip.

It's warm peanut butter with a little swirl of jelly. Delicious. My kids dove into like crazy people. They loved it. We dipped graham crackers and apples, but, vanilla wafers, crackers, pretzels, bread sticks, or celery will work great too.

Dip whatever suits you. Oh..and if you prefer, it's delicious cold too!  Perfect for a snack or fun dessert...
