Iron Skillet Chocolate Chip Toffee Cookie

May 22, 2014
A way, way, long time ago, I spotted this recipe over at Amanda at Diary of a Semi-Health Nut.   It's been tucked away in my bookmarked recipes since then.  Chocolate, toffee..a big ole' cookie?  How could this be passed up?!  It was kinda a way to make it. Then, a few months back, I got my iron skillet and boom! Been using it like crazy.  It was now time to try Amanda's cookie.  So glad that it was still bookmarked.  As you can tell my below was a hit.  We loved it.  It vanished..I kid you like an hour. It was also a snap to make.  From now on, all cookies around here are going to be baked in a giant skillet.  Love it.
