Hot Cocoa Mix

October 20, 2014
So, a few weeks ago, our house buying adventure was a bit up in the air.  We were crossing our fingers and waiting for an asbestos test to come back from the lab.  Good news! We are good to go..yay! Asbestos test came back just fine.  It was a little stressful.  If there was, we weren't sure the sellers were willing to pay the cost to eliminate it and of course, we weren't going to either.  But, it was good.fine.safe.

I breathed a sigh of relief and then, looked around and realized how much packing we need to get working on.  Goodness, we have lots of stuff.  Some of that stress came creeping back up on me. There are many trips to Goodwill in my future.

I am also glad to be doing much better in the kitchen too.   Last week, was totally nuts and nothing went as planned.  But, this weekend proved to be much smoother.  Another big sigh of relief.   Lots of good stuff coming to you guys!!

First up, hot cocoa mix.  Yes, it's pretty a simple recipe.  But, it's sooooo gooooddd.  If you have some of those nice containers of store bought stuff in your pantry, just toss it.  This is so much more yummy.

After you make up a nice batch, just simply mix 1/4 cup of it with 1 cup of warm milk and you have a great chocolate treat.

This also makes a fabulous gift for the upcoming holidays!
Enjoy :)
