Chocolate Peppermint Fudge

Last week, I shared an incredibly easy two ingredient ice cream for the holiday season. We are keeping the same theme today.  It's dessert. It's delicious. It needs just two ingredients.  OK, technically, three.  But, you could make it and enjoy it with just two.  The peppermint is optional, but, then, it's just chocolate fudge.  Equally delicious, but, not the same as Chocolate Peppermint Fudge.


This fudge is amazing and would make a great holiday gift for just about anyone. You can also just make a nice pan for yourself and binge watch Netflix all day too. Whatever works. No judging here.

Chocolate Peppermint Fudge
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Fridge Time: 1-2 hours

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups chocolate chips
  • 1-14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 5-6 peppermint candies, crushed
Directions:
  1. Line an 8 x 8 pan with foil.  Then, spray foil with non stick spray.
  2. Over low heat,  melt chocolate chips and milk until smooth.
  3. Immediately pour into prepared baking dish and smooth it out with rubber spatula.
  4. Sprinkle with crushed peppermint candies.
  5. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until set.
  6. Cut into desired amount of pieces before serving.
