Two Ingredient Muffins

These may possibly  not be muffins.  Some may call them cupcakes. I wasn't too sure what to call them.  Perhaps, it depends on the flavor you chose when you make them?  Mine, of course, are chocolate.  Yours?  They could pretty much be any kind you want.


That is the great thing about these.  Besides, the fact they are delicious, they are only two ingredients.  Yes, you heard me.  Just two.  Technically, mine are a few more due to the chocolate drizzle on top.  But, yes, for real, these are just two ingredients.  Cake mix and Greek yogurt.  I know! Crazy.  You could go totally nuts with the whole flavor-combo on these.  You could also go totally plain.  Also, a yummy option. Totally up to you!

Two Ingredient Muffins

Ingredients

  • 18 oz box dry cake mix ( any flavor)
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 12 count muffin pan or line with cupcake liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix dry cake mix and yogurt until fully combined.
  3. Pour batter evenly into prepared muffin pan.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Yield: 12-15

Prep Time: 00 hrs. 10 mins.

Cook time: 00 hrs. 15 mins.

Total time: 25 mins.
