Oh..these bars. They are...amazing.
I first posted these back in 2012. They were my first post here on the blog that went "viral". Holy cow, it was crazy. However, there is a small confession to made here. Since then, I've only made these one more time. Once for the original post, then, once again for a family party. The reason? They are really good. Like, eat a whole pan and not share with a soul good. That is why they don't get made too often. I would, honesty, eat them all day if they were sitting in my fridge. So would my entire household. They are just sooooo gooood.
With that, you can imagine their excitement when they found out my plan to make and re-shoot them. There may of been some dancing involved.
Here's the thing guys, these bars take a few steps. They are easy steps, but, they are so worth it. You also have some waiting time for the layers to set. That's the toughest part. The waiting. It's borderline agony.
Anyway, if you haven't tried these yet, please do. There will lots of happy people in your life.
