Mini Cinnamon Rolls with Icing

January 28, 2012
Cinnamon rolls are  treat around our house that we love.  I always wanted to make them homemade, but, found them a bit intimidating.   But, problem.

Now, I guess technically, they are not homemade.   More, semi-homemade, kinda like my doughnuts.
But, they are very easy and a snap to make.

You may want to double this recipe. They will vanish quickly!
