Today, we have some cookie bars for you guys.  With, of course, more chocolate.  Nutella, to be exact.  Guys, these bars are seriously delicious. I had a tough time keeping the kids (and myself) away from them.  Sooo addicting.  The creamy Nutella and pumpkin together?! Um..perfection.

OK, there is some cheating involved in this one. I used a box mix that's kinda seasonal.  But, it's easy to find.  I bought mine at Target, but, have seen it at Walmart and a few other grocery stores in the area. No worries :)

Alot more pumpkin love coming your way this week..stay tuned!

Pumpkin Nutella Cookie Bars

by Table for Seven
Prep Time: 00:05
Cook Time: 00:30
Ingredients (9-12 bars)
  • 1 box Pumpkin Cookie Mix
  • 3/4 cup Nutella
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 8 x 8 baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine egg and melted butter. Add in dry cookie mix and beat until fully combined.
Scoop out 3/4 of batter and set aside.
Take reminder of batter and spread on the bottom on the pan.
Spread Nutella on top of batter. You can microwave the Nutella (in a microwave safe bowl!) for a bit. This will make it easier to spread.
Take remaining dough and break it up into pieces. Sprinkle on top of Nutella.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bake through.
