July 20, 2016

Creamy peanut butter, a chocolate crust and totally delicious peanut butter cups
make this no bake pie a winner...
This entire summer has just been one big ole' no bake dessert fest, hasn't it?

Cheesecake. Ice cream. Granola. Peanut butter bars. Pie. More pie.

I sure hope you guys don't mind. It's just been that kinda summer. No hot oven required! Today, it's no different.  We have some more pie.  Also, more peanut butter.

This pie takes just a few minutes to whip up and will become a favorite of yours, your friends, your family, just about anyone who eats it, in no time at all.  It's gooood.

Light, creamy and loaded with peanut butter cup candies. Yes! Just try not to eat all them before you get them into the pie, ok?  It's not me. You can use the below recipe for a homemade chocolate cookie crust or a store bought will work just fine.

No bake one today and watch it disappear quickly!
